For Inventory Products: Orders are fulfilled promptly if the items are in stock, with shipments departing within 48 hours from our Victoria, Australia warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. Placing an order before 11 am on weekdays ensures same-day shipping; otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next business day. Please anticipate a processing window of 1-3 business days based on our order influx.
Our standard delivery period spans from 3-12 business days contingent on your geographical location. For precise shipping timelines, kindly refer to respective product pages.

In the case of Custom Products: Customized items typically necessitate 2-4 weeks for crafting and an additional 4 weeks for transit. Therefore, expect your package to arrive within 6-8 weeks post artwork approval.

At BEY Electronics, we diligently endeavor to expedite the dispatch of your orders. However, note that the provided delivery timelines are mere approximations; we cannot assume responsibility for any shipping impediments beyond our control that lead to deliveries surpassing the anticipated timeframe.


**Receiving Your Shipment**

We strongly recommend stipulating authorized departure in the remarks section of your order to avert delays and surcharges in scenarios of potential delivery mishaps. Bear in mind that by granting the courier ATL (Authority to Leave), BEY Electronics does not bear liability for misplaced items. We uphold the prerogative to impose supplementary shipping fees for re-delivery or return shipment expenses.
